Overview
Are you an Accounts Payable officer? Do you have experience working in housing? If you answered yes to the above, I want to speak to you My client is currently recruiting for an accounts payable officer to fulfil a 2 month temporary contract to be based in North West London, Chalk farm. Responsibilities for this role will include: Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate registering of invoices. Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely manner. Produce supplier payments and reconciliations. Register and support the maintenance, completion and payment of employee expense claims. Have responsibility for credit card and pre-payment card processes. Provide weekly and monthly reporting as required. Provide excellent customer service to our suppliers and internal customers.
