Be a Health Educator In this challenging role you will support participants to better manage their health and wellbeing in order to support their return to appropriate work. The role will primarily involve the delivery of health and wellbeing workshops and groups. In brief you will: Empower participants to change their lifestyle behaviours and promote independent management of their general physical, psychological, and social wellbeing; Schedule and deliver health and personal support related group activities (such as Exercise and Physical Activity, Healthy Eating, Good Sleep Guide); based on feedback from participants, Keyworkers, Health and Disability Specialists and Managers; Market and maximise participant engagement for health and life chances group activities.
