Overview
Capable of transforming an L&D function from traditional learning into a blended learning form of training through a bespoke L&D strategy plan? An international IT & Telecoms consultancy are looking to take on an L&D Manager who will be the lead in transforming their training programme. This well-established client has been growing since its birth in 2008 and now believes that with a new CEO, should come a new approach to L&D. The main focus of this L&D Manager will be to design and deliver a brand new strategy for the L&D function in the form of a blended learning training programme. With a move away from traditional classroom learning into a modern and digital mix of training this IT consultancy’s staff. You’ll directly report into the current Head of Operations & Training, however that individual will be focusing on the operational side of the consultancy, allowing the new L&D Manager to really take a hold of everything to do with learning and development. Key responsibilities as an L&D Manager include: Design all L&D content. Deliver your own L&D programme to all staff. Move away from traditional learning and introduce a blended learning approach. The ideal L&D Manager will have: 3 years in generalist L&D / 2 years in design & strategy L&D. Sales training / recruitment sector background.
