Title: Outcomes Specialist Territory: East Midlands & South Yorkshire Therapy Area: Diabetes Salary: Highly competitive salary exceptional benefits on offer Evolve Consultant: Claire Handley & Andy Boyd Ref: 7416 Evolve are currently recruiting for a pioneering global leader of Diabetes management, with a newly created opportunity working as an Outcomes Specialist. Essential Requirements You will have proven success within sales to senior/strategic customers in the country health system. Ideally Market Access experience with evidence of previous successful formulary listings and implementation. Competent in the use of digital technologies is essential. Candidates must be based on territory. Ability to learn rapidly new clinical information and technologies essential. In depth understanding of the country health system and key health policies and evidence of leveraging this into sales. Excellent organisation and communications skills. Ability to lead without management reporting line. Current driving licence with no more than 6 points. Role Responsibilities Identify and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities which will drive uptake and sales of the Diabetes portfolio, third party products; and services and solutions across the region. Ensure full listing of products and services across your region. Work with key personnel within the LHE on implementation and ensure regular business reviews to discuss progress. Pro-actively leverage LHE local priorities and funding streams to create opportunities to secure pilots/contracts. To identify, develop and maintain relationships with Economic Buyers, Technical Buyers, Strategic Networks and patient groups. Implement and deliver sales/share objectives. Role Specific Competencies Self-starter and high level of autonomy. Strong “proactive and can do” solution-oriented personality. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Good digital skills.
