Overview
Working with key stakeholders and vendors Analysing a variety of service contracts Negotiating with vendors A successful global media business are now looking for two vendor analysts to fulfill a six month requirement to understand the Vendor contracts throughout all of their markets The role will be to work with key stakeholders, obtain all their technology contracts and enter contract and vendor contact data into their database. You will also perform contractual reviews and identify opportunities to negotiate a better deal, cost savings identified and other efficiencies. You will execute the opportunities along with procurement and or legal teams. About you: You will have experience working with IT Technology agreements including software, hardware and services Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to form data driven recommendations to drive vendor agreement improvements Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment Ability to manage multiple demands with the ability to prioritise Previous experience working with diverse teams & customer base around the UK Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment Expertise with G-suite and ServiceNow would be highly beneficial
