Litigation Solicitor

The firm we are working with on this Litigation Solicitor role are progressive and forward thinking, they really value their people and this is reflected in their set up. As a firm they are ranked by the Legal 500 and highly successful in a variety of areas - particularly litigation. The Wilmslow based team you will be joining as Litigation Solicitor are close-knit and really supportive, so it is an ideal environment for someone who is newly qualified up to around -4 years PQE. The work you will be undertaking is varied and complex as well as high value and focussed towards Commercial Insurance or Property Damage there may also be an opportunity for you to assist with broader Commercial Litigation cases and therefore expand your litigation experience. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be sitting as part of the wider general commercial litigation team, so it is a brilliant opportunity to learn from those around you and develop further. The firm are hoping for someone who is newly qualified up to around 4 years PQE to join them but there is flexibility on this and the firm have the potential to consider people with more experience - provided you have good litigation knowledge. You will be working with existing clients, as the firm are very busy but you will have ample opportunity to develop your own clients through networking and your reputation.
