Overview
IT Operations Engineer Chelmsford £40,000 - £45,000 Permanent You will be someone who is looking for a great opportunity to join a multinational software house. You will be supporting and improving the systems and IT Operations for an exciting and growing business who provide lots of end-to-end e-business solutions to large globally recognised names. Within your new job you will be working with new technologies, ensuring the company are able to go live with their product releases. You will also be responsible for managing & maintaining all areas of the infrastructure and production area. You will be able to get your hands on lots of different technology and will also be able to utilise & advise on new technologies to ensure the smooth running and operation of the business and services to clients. Key Tasks/technologies; Demonstrable experience for development, maintenance and support with AWS. Linux Administration Infrastructure support covering; networks/telephony/windows servers/windows OS Problem solving and new solution design, implementation and support Enhance and support the security and resilience of all infrastructure For this role you must have; AWS/ Azure/ GCloud or other cloud experience MySQL database support Network infrastructure experience. Linux Administration It would be excellent, but not a deal breaker, if you have experience with; Terraform Previous experience of support Java Applications ISO27001 Scripting experience covering Bash/Python Monitoring tool exposure You will be offered a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 with your career at the forefront and the opportunity for you to work with the latest technologies, enhancing your skill set and professional life, while shaping the future of a company and their client's experience.
