Overview
Apply Now GO2 has a fantastic role working for an ever-growing company in the Wrexham area, this role would suit someone who is outgoing, hardworking and reliable. The working hours for this role are 9am to 6pm, Mon to Thur and 9am to 5:30pm Fri. The salary is negotiable for the right person. Please find below the duties required: To be able to carry out finished product checks to the required standard and record the results Carry out line checks, recording all results as appropriate and highlighting issues as they arise both on and off the lines with QA Supervisor in the first instance To carry out weight checks and record details as required To provide quality assurance support across the site To assess the quality of raw materials To complete all relevant paperwork for traceability purposes and to file all recorded information as required by law To take responsibility for quality issues by following up on discrepancy as a result of checks carried out To adhere to Company policies i.e., Food Safety, Health and Safety, Absence, etc Shelf life testing Temperature monitoring Glass and hard plastic checks Calibration of QC equipment Carry out hygiene swabs on equipment as determined by the daily schedule Follow correct personal hygiene procedures (e.g. changing procedure, hand washing procedures, etc) To ensure that the factory is complying with HACCP procedures and specifications, assessing quality, reporting any discrepancies where necessary Ensure that the correct PPE is worn by all staff at all times within the factory To carry out critical control point (CCP) checks in accordance with your training, records of which must be retained on site.
