Overview
Production Supervisor - Temp to Perm. To manage all production staff in a busy department - using effective feedback and communication of company goals while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities. Dealing with project deadlines and ensuring every finished product is sent out in line with or exceeding company quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive environment. Work with company health and safety guidelines. Ensuring all staff are effectively trained in all areas and reporting tools through the use of training manuals. Oversee work quality. Car Driver
