Overview
A new and exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable job located in central Bournemouth Your new company This well-respected organisation, based in central Bournemouth, are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. You will be working within a small finance team within a large open plan office. This role is due to last until the end of April with a possibility of being extended. Your new role In your new role you will be processing and checking a large volume of invoices ensuring all queries are resolved. You will be matching purchase orders, values, dates and invoice numbers. There will also be other ad hoc documents to process and general administration. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a busy, customer focused role as well as meticulous attention to detail. This role would suit someone with an adaptable and keen problem-solving mind-set who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will have excellent time management and prioritisation skill whilst also being competent with Excel, Outlook and Word.
