Overview
Role: PA to Chief Underwriting Officer We are looking for a Senior PA to support the CUO within this Lloyd's Syndicate in the City. Acting as Gatekeeper, fielding all calls and emails Preparing meeting adjenda's and preperation material Producing Quarterly board reports Extensive diary management Arranging Travel Expenses Organising corporate events Minute taking at meetings Assist in preparing the Syndicate business plan Please apply for a full spec. Experience required Must have an insurance background ideally Lloyd's of London experience Ability to use initiative and to have a proactive, unflappable approach Proficient understanding of business requirements to enable prioritisation of tasks Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong literacy and numeracy skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Produces consistently high standard of results with acute attention to detail Minute taking at board level
