If you answered yes to the above, then this Mentor role is for you The Role - Mentor This Mentor role requires an experienced Mentor to work 1-1 and in small groups of children who have challenging behaviour this is a demanding role which will come with daily obstacles the ideal Mentor will be a resilient individual who can be firm but fair a professional who can work in difficult situations this role is in and out of the classroom.
