Drupal Developer PHP, Drupal 8, Devops, CSS, HTML, Javascript London, Zone 1 The Company Long established, governing body undergoing a digital transformation project. Team of 10 in tech looking to expand with technical and creative Drupal Developer. The Role The Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and liaising with 3rd parties, where required, to build the software necessary to support the delivery of strategy and business goals. Designs services and software applications in line with the delivery pipeline Develops new functionality for applications and services Ensures services meet necessary data and security standards Plays a leading role in the software stack and systems Acts as the technical consultant for all new software initiatives Assists with preparation of required documentation Manages 3rd Parties to produce mutually acceptable functionality in line with stakeholder requirements Technical Stack Drupal 8 Composer Drupal Console Drush Service Injection Controllers Symfony Views Fapi Yaml Upgrading Drupal versions Blocks Theming/Twig Module Development Drupal Coding Standards JSON/XML Git Docker Excellent experience in Agile and Lean RESTful/SOAP Web Services Unit Testing CI/CD The Person Team player - the ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve common goals Proactive - to think ahead and act to ensure the smooth completion of team / individual aims and objectives Dependable - able to complete tasks to high standard and to deadline Organisational skills - ability to work with minimum supervision, prioritise workload, and handle multiple tasks Interpersonal skills - ability to positively communicate with others; the confidence to listen and understand Communication skills - ability to express information clearly and effectively in written and oral form Detail oriented - observant and a keen eye for detail GCS Computer Recruitment Services is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
