Description Key responsibilities include: Handle all calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner ensuring exceptional customer service is given Actively communicate with all parties on regular basis until the closure of the case Capture all relevant information accurately on the system Ensure any service failure of queries are escalated and reported to upper management Utilise the correct resources and provide the most appropriate solutions in line with company procedures To perform such administrative tasks as appropriate Carry out additional duties as requested Profile The successful candidate will have: Proven Customer Service experience IT literate Good verbal and written communication Ideally a contact centre background Self-motivated and enthusiastic Proactive and quick thinking Empathetic Diplomatic Excellent listening skills and verbal communication Job Offer This is a permanent role based in Croydon paying a competitive salary and a great benefit package. This position is based on a shift pattern and requires you to work weekends.
