Call today for further info Your new company A charity who works with Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities requires experienced Support and Outreach Workers to work across Essex. The aim of the charity is to promote independence ensuring it's service users live life to the full. the charity is able to offer both full and part time positions. Your new role You will be working with people from the age of five into adulthood and will supporting them day to day. This will include supporting them on days out, visits to the shops and daily chores. Giving the chance to really make a difference to someone's life, this can be a demanding but rewarding role. What you'll need to succeed You will need good communication skills, experience of working with challenging situations, and at least six months experience of working in a similar role.
