Overview

Our client, a charity based in South London , is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a two month temporary to permanent contract . The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working at a HR Advisory level. Duties will include (but not limited to): Manage all elements of the employee life-cycle from recruitment to exit, providing HR advice and support that’s reflective of the current legal employment framework and which reflects the organisations policies and procedures Provide timely updates to the Head of HR and work within agreed deadlines as set in the HR workplan Manage all aspects of creating a recruitment campaign, ensuring any routes to market are cost effective and value for money Support Line Managers to enable them to manage the performance, conduct, behaviour and sickness of their staff and to report any noteworthy cases to the Operational Director and Head of HR a Be the main point of contact and manage the formal process relating to misconduct or serious misconduct Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate payroll data is communicated and in line with payroll deadlines Support the production of reports from the Cascade system for Head of HR Experience required: Previous experience working at a HR Advisory level Experience managing the whole employee lifecycle Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Use of Cascade End to end recruitment process Employee relations, including disciplinaries, capabilities and sickness management Rewards and Benefits : 25 days annual holiday per annum Working hours : 37 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
