Overview
Support Worker in Hampshire, day shifts, car drivers required. Your new company Hays Social care are working with various Care providers around the Hampshire, Dorset and Portsmouth areas with both adults and children within residential, schools, hospitals and supported living environments. Your new role We are looking for flexible day Support Workers with access to a vehicle allowing you to travel to rural locations. This role is to support service users to ensure they are able to live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity. We currently have a demand for Support Workers who are able to work day shifts during the week and the weekend. What you'll need to succeed You will require: Min 6 months experience in care Eligibility to work in the UK min 2 working references car and own vehicle What you'll get in return At Hays we will provide you with the flexibility to pick and choose your own shift as well as have one point of contact. We will provide you with a full enhanced DBS if you do not already have one as well as full training with yearly updates. This role will give the opportunity to work in different settings with different residents allowing you to broaden your experience and learn new skills.
