Overview
Policy Manager Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to guide UK Agriculture’s collective ambition of becoming is ‘Net Zero’ by 2040. This is a fantastic role to work with a great team on arguably the greatest environmental challenge facing their sector. They believe that the agricultural sector is very much part of the solution to decarbonising the UK economy and achieving net zero. Net Zero Policy Manager Responsibilities: Based at Stoneleigh, in their Policy Directorate, you will reach out to individuals across our client and beyond, to galvanise action and mobilise teams that can deliver their goal. The role will be stretching and varied, working with farming groups, policy makers, stakeholders and politicians to ensure all have tools and information they need to make the right decisions on the Net Zero journey. Net Zero Policy Delivery Manager Requirements: This is a critical role for our client at an exciting time requiring an individual with both personal determination and credibility to provide the necessary focus the Net Zero project. You will need to take people with you and be skilled in navigating multi-organisation priorities, having the resilience to enjoy the journey, and celebrating the achievements of UK farming as they move towards their Net Zero target.
