FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager- Insurance Company- City of London Your new company A leading insurance broker based in the City of London are seeking a new FP&A Manager to join the existing finance team in their modern offices. This is a great role suitable for a Part-qualified or Finalist insurance focused accountant to take a step up into a career making role. Your new role This role will involve heading up the FP&A team and involve the following: Deliver the Budget, forecasts and 3 year plans to suitable time scales Responsible for all standard Board reporting and commentary for management accounts for all entities Support finance integration post merger Responsible for in depth expense analysis which helps to identify areas of interest Review processes for forecasts, plans and business reviews Work with Group finance to ensure information is delivered to them efficiently, at appropriate level of detail Working alongside actuaries and the pricing team to support any ad-hoc requests What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a Part-qualified or Finalist Accountant with previous experience working within a fast paced insurance business. Any experience dealing with the set up of a new MGA and the run off processes would be extremely advantageous.
