Block Manager - Property Manager, nr Willesden Junction/West Hampsteadlooking for the right work - life balance? My client is looking for an additional property manager / block manager to join their small busy leasehold management department. Working closely with the MD you'll be looking after a loyal portfolio of clients that include freeholders and some RMC's. Clients are largely within easy reach of the office and there is a pool car to get you to some of the larger sites they deal with. The company uses Propman (experience of this or similar block management software is useful) further training provided. This is a lovely independent property company located between Willesden Junction and West Hampstead Overground Stations and the position will suit a property manager with several years' block management experience who will enjoy a more relaxed working environment where there are relatively few evening meetings to attend so you'll largely enjoy being able to leave on time and without having to take work home Dealing with general day to day leasehold block management queries Carrying out inspections to ensure buildings are in good order Identifying maintenance related matters and dealing with these accordingly Liaising with and managing contractors Arranging health, safety and fire risk assessments Assisting with the preparation of service charge budgets Involvement with some major works projects Providing excellent customer service Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unable to respond individually to each application.
