Our client is located in the popular Central London area. This facility is a prestigious London private hospital, with a very unique and outstanding reputation. It is one of the UK's largest independent charity hospitals. The facility covers a broad range of acute specialities, including: surgical, medical, theatre, and critical care units to name a few. This positions will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to work within a supportive environment that considers the personal and professional development of their employees to be an integral part of their ethos. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Radiographer - Band 7. The successful applicant will have measurable post qualification experience within a busy imaging department, and must have extensive experience within mammography, and have mammography accreditation. Role and Responsibilities: Perform a range of diagnostic radiographic procedures, mainly in mammography, general and theatre, contributing to the delivery of an effective, efficient and responsive imaging service Ensure that all data inputs are recorded for both patient record integrity, accounts and statistical evaluation purposes Acquire diagnostic images and physically position the full range of patient presentations accurately for examinations, taking into account patient limitations and adapting standard techniques where necessary Operate advanced software on specialised Radiological equipment e.g. image reformatting and dynamic imaging This is a permanent term full time post (37.5 hours per week).
