Caterer - Falkirk Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Falkirk to recruit for a Caterer on a temporary basis for 3 Months. Salary - £20,004 This role is Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 13.00pm. Job Description: - To prepare and cook a range of hot and cold nutritious meals to a diverse customer base, including breakfast, lunch and evening meals when required Essential Skills Required: - Minimum of current Food Hygiene Certificate - OR City and Guides professional cookery level 3 Essential) - Experience of carrying out food preparation and cooking in a catering environment - Catering or Cooking within a commercial environment Because of the nature of the role the candidate must obtain a Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate which can be purchased online for £25.00
