Site Manager | Contractor | Cut and Carve | Demolition | Residential | High End | Alderley Edge An established contractor based in Cheshire is seeking a Site Manager to run a demolition and cut and carve project on a high value dwelling in Alderley Edge. The project will include alterations and will be around £1.5 million in value. Site Manager's Role: Manage projects from inception through to completion Ensure health and safety is maintained on site and proactively managed Manage sub-contractors and trades The Site Manager: Experienced across all sectors managing the full project life cycle For one of the positions - listed building experience would be ideal Strong health and safety knowledge SMSTS & First aid at work Ideally Ex trade, and previous longevity in roles In Return: Remuneration for this role is £45K - £55K package Ref: SH9030 If you are a Site Manager, looking at your career options, then please call Sam Hughes at Brandon James.
