Commercial Solicitor, 4 years PQE, Exeter – Expanding firm in Exeter are looking for recruit an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to help drive their commercial department forward. Competitive salary (DOE)/Flexible working/Modern offices. JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 4 years PQE LOCATION: Exeter SALARY: £45,000 - £70,000 OVERVIEW: • The role will include a diverse and interesting caseload commercial matters, covering intellectual property, IT contracts, trade terms and distribution. • The firm are rapidly growing and have established themselves as a real go-getter in the South West market, headed up by a number of former city lawyers. • This is a real opportunity for the successful Commercial Solicitor to contribute towards the growth of this team. THE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR: • The appointed Commercial Solicitor will have a solid academic background and have gained their experience at a leading city, national or regional practice. • Experience of handling a caseload is essential as is experience of a broad range of different type of commercial contract. • Experience of business development would also be a distinct advantage, and the successful Commercial Solicitor should demonstrate an interest in business development and the ability to form a strategy to win new work.
