A Legal 200 firm based in central Reading has an exciting opportunity Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team. The Role As the appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be joining a real estate team which acts for a range of clients that include Landlords and Tenants and entrepreneurs. You will be advising a range of transactions to include freehold and leasehold properties and enfranchisement and providing advice to clients. Candidate Requirements The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will demonstrate: 5 years’ PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / FCILEx The ability to handle a diverse caseload dealing with an existing portfolio of clients and referral services and expanding this further A flair for business development First rate client care skills What’s on Offer?
