They also require someone to be able build the caseload and generate more work for the firm. Work will include, but is not limited to: Debt Collection Employment Contentious Probate Property Disputes Professional Negligence Contractual Disputes Fraud Insolvency Requirements: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor of the right level, the successful candidate will be in the range of 2-5 years PQE and able to manage their own caseload.
