Overview

Head of FP&A - Havant, Hampshire Clarum Recruitment Group is partnering with an industry leading consumer business who seek a commercially minded FP&A leader. It's an exciting time to be joining the business as you will be supporting growth plans and supporting the transformation agenda. Reporting into the CFO, your role as Head of FP&A will lead the FP&A team, driving business performance and work closely with key stakeholders and the leadership team. Key deliverable's within this role will be the delivery of financial objective, drive business growth through budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and provide insightful commercial analysis. Your role as Head of FP&A will encompass various activities and play a pivotal role in providing commercial and strategic insights supporting a period of business transition. Leading the FP&A function you will mentor, develop and coach a small team in order to meet business needs. The business is fast paced, and our client seeks an accomplished FP&A professional who is able to adapt quickly within a changing environment. The FP&A department will provide financial modelling for specific projects, some of which will need to be built from scratch. About you. Candidates applying for this fantastic opportunity will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years FP&A leadership experience. You will possess a strong commercial finance background with excellent business modelling skills (P&L and balance sheet). The successful applicant will have previous experience leading an annual budget process with the ability to engage with leadership teams.
