Job description: Learning & Development Business Partner - 6 months FTC This role will support the development and delivery of an overall Learning and Development strategy that creates a great learning experience for the people and promotes a growth mindset for the company, including Leadership and Colleague capability across the business through planning, developing and delivering learning initiatives. This role is paying £55K pro rata and based in Bedford looking for an asap start. Reporting directly to Head of Talent you will be responsible for developing Leadership and Colleague development solutions that will enable the delivery of key business plans that reflect current and future needs, supporting their overall ambition of 'A Great Place to work’. The role holder will also be able to motivate and manage the Learning and Development team to deliver a range of innovative solutions, including classroom, systems and eLearning. Key responsibilities: · Provide support to the Head of Talent in delivering strategic objectives · Delivery of cost-effective L&D solutions that support both strategic, leadership and colleague development needs with the ultimate objective of improving delivery of key business objectives · Ownership of full Learning and Development cycle - identifying role specific training needs; assessing priorities against business/team objectives; design of development activities including definition of most appropriate method (cost and effectiveness); delivery e.g. trainer led, webinar, e-learning; and evaluation. · Support leadership and talent development activities You must be an experienced Learning and Development professional, available at short notice and able to commit to a FTC of 6 months minimum (possibility to go perm).
