Overview
Account manager / Account executive / Mansfield based Hays are working with a well known marketing company in Mansfield to find an account manager to join their team. We are looking for someone someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, someone who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. A full driving licence is required Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 About the role Ability to build knowledge of key stakeholders and their requirements Ensuring personal and team service is delivered to a consistently high standard Ability to relay briefs to our head office production facility and supply chain Consultative print expertise Ensuring all work is delivered on time to a high standard and to the correct specifications Ability to use company systems to facilitate daily workflow Excellent computer literacy skills for managing data from Excel and other programs. Experience Account management experience on commercial print, direct mail, POS, merchandise and creative production. Management of marketing briefs from creative concept to distribution with multiple agencies Experience of working on complex accounts with multiple stakeholders Knowledge or appreciation of the world of print and production basics, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, distribution, etc. Demonstration of strong account growth and account development.
