Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conference Producer to join a global FTSE 100 organisation on one of their most high profile event portfolios. As Conference Producer you will lead and have sole ownership on events across EMEA, APAC and US, writing and delivering high quality, innovative agendas, identifying and recruiting speakers and ensuring the marketability and commercial viability of the conferences. As well as offering the chance to travel to amazing locations, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in a leading global organisation within a constantly evolving, fast paced environment. Role Specification: To research and produce high quality and innovative agendas for a portfolio of global conferences To research important industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends To source industry leading speakers through research, networking, and existing contacts To assume full project ownership of each event from a content perspective Candidate Specification: Experience of Conference Production within a B2B environment Ability to create strong and compelling content and well written programs Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong networking skills
