Overview
As Product Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our products are developed in line with the business vision and strategy; with the goal of becoming the most intuitive, usable, customer delighting tools of their kind in the world (no less). You'll also be responsible for the successful growth of the product. Skills / Traits Deep understanding of and passion for products and their usability Grasp of UX and (agile) product development processes Architectural / process brain with a sound grasp of user journeys and how to measure and improve them Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to interview customers and ask questions that's generate insights (you'll also listen to what's NOT said) 'Scientific' approach to product changes, coming up with hypothesis and testing them to arrive at the best solution You'll be a diligent communicator, managing complex stakeholder requirements and keeping everyone informed Customer-centric mindset - passionate about customer experience and usability. Highly organised so that ideas, requests and other product information is readily available and actioned appropriately A good grasp of product marketing and sales with the ability to look for new opportunities for growth in the market. Responsibilities Gather internal and customer feedback, through interviews, surveys and other qual/quant means; and translate this into product changes Lead effective design sprints and workshops, aiding group collaboration to solve complex problems Manage User Acceptance Testing (internal and customer) Use analytics, A/B testing and data to track product performance and allow evidence-based decision making whilst helping to continuously improve product experience Work with UX, app dev and designers to implement product changes (new features, design changes etc) Manage feature requests via various channels such as the ideas portal, emails, phone calls, face to face etc. Communicate roadmap and product changes to internal and external stakeholders Executing product strategy in-line with the overall business objectives Work with marketing and product developers on launch planning which includes identifying key user groups, marketing new features or releases and ensuring documentation & user guides are updated Conducting market and competitor research for your product and services with the ability to comprehend and communicate the findings to the business Knowledge/Experience Typically, 2 years' experience minimum in a Product Manager role or similar (i.e. Product Marketer, Product Owner) A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing or a similar relevant field Proven success with product growth, i.e. demonstrate increased adoption or retention.
