Overview
About the role This role will support the Digital Acquisition Manager in the definition and implementation of strategies and tactics to achieve defined sales, income and cost targets for digital acquisition activity. The role-holder will assist in the management of specific digital acquisition channels including paid and organic search activity, affiliate marketing, display and prospecting and social media. They will manage day-to-day contact for agencies and suppliers that work on digital acquisition activity - providing them with the data required to manage their campaigns, defining and chasing actions, ensuring deadlines are adhered to. About you Skilled at managing a digital marketing acquisition channel to achieve business goals including search, affiliates and social media. Ability to optimise performance within a defined channel and the ability to spot opportunity to join up activity across other digital marketing acquisition channels to better achieve business goals. Solid analytical ability, comfortable with a wealth of data from various sources and the ability to derive insight from such a dataset. Good internal stakeholder management and influencing skills. Good agency/supplier management skills around managing ongoing partners to an agreed strategy and performance targets. Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform in a fast paced environment all whilst maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. Excellent written, numeracy and verbal skills. Proactive, can do, the ability to creatively solve business problems.
