Overview
A third-sector organisation is looking for a UX Designer to join their Digital Team. The organisational changes within the company has seen a fresh approach to the company's strategy which has resulted in the Digital Team being expanded. It really is an exciting time to become a part of the team In a previous role, you will have worked on the design of multiple projects and constantly thrived to improve the UX within these projects. You should have experience of analysing research data and providing creative solutions based on this. Experience of usability testing, journey mapping and flow diagrams will also be key within this role. Ideally, you will have experience in Design sprints and have knowledge of Agile, Lean and Scrum approaches to work. The collaborative nature of the team means that the role would suit someone that isn't afraid to put their ideas forward and is eager to get involved in team discussions. The role will involve working on several existing projects and products across the company, working on the website of the company and probably the most exciting part of the role - working a new Greenfield project. The main responsibilities of the role will be to deliver solutions to end-users' problems with a strong focus on accessibility across different projects. You will work closely with UI Designers, User Researchers, other UX'ers and Web Developers to maintain and improve the company's digital platforms.
