Overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a FMCG or retailer/commercial background to manage high end store fit outs for a billion pound global retailer group. BASIC SALARY : £40,000 - £45,000 LOCATION: Soho, London COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Wembley, Stratford, Harrow, Walthamstow, Brent Cross, Canary Wharf, Lambeth, Fulham, Brixton, Twickenham, Croydon, Ilford, Barking JOB DESCRIPTION: Retail Project Manager We have aggressive global expansion plans and require an organised and personable Project Manager to assist us with this growth. You will have experience in delivering high end retail packages, working cross functionally ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of projects, as well as the delivery of commercial plans, within agreed timescales and budgets KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Project Manager You will take ownership of the role from the offset, with your experience of project management within the retail sector you will have a thorough understanding of delivering projects within a commercial environment. You'll be: · Co-ordinating and attending pre-start meetings to; review site, agree scopes of works, address and design operational issues and finalise briefs · Collating and issuing detailed brief to design agencies to commence design process once confirmed · Taking the project from brief to start · Provide approved zonal plans via discussions/ review with senior stakeholders · Liaising with Architects and internal teams to develop a program which is agreed with the Programme Manager/ Property teams · Approving the fixture layouts and ensuring it is reviewed with the concept manager, regional manager and other relevant internal teams · Organise and follow up video and photoshoots for all stores PERSON SPECIFICATION: Retail Project Manager This is a demanding role with many challenges along the way, but as an experienced Project Manager you will be able to deal with this pressure and tackle the challenges head-on, utilising your skills such as: · Fantastic multi-tasking skills, you'll be managing multiple projects across a variety of markets · Great attention to detail · Strong problem solving skills · Experience of using web based planning tools THE COMPANY: We are a leading british retailer group currently operating 670 stores worldwide inclusive of 11 well known brands.
