Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ad Ops professtional on a contract basis working at our office in Bourne End. The contract is ongoing and will be part time 3 days per week at our offices in Bourne End, The role will manage and develop workflow processes and software systems that are used to sell, input, target and report on the performance of online ads. Key Responsibilities Liaison between advertisers through account management and client delivery team to ensure timely delivery of Ad campaigns Manage Client and House Ad Schedules Imput into campaign metrics Check on the accuracy of each ad before it appears live Report on campaign effectiveness and share with Account Management teams Manage ongoing relationship with Vendor Manage inventory using ad serving software to ensure we never run out of ad impressions Develop, test and deliever innovative and market leading Ad formats Oversee the technical implementation of adverts through 3rd party Manage programmatic campaigns and provide reports and insight on performance Respond in a timely manner to any campaign related query Key Skills At least 3 years experience in a similar Ad ops role inc Progtammatic and Direct Inventory Management DFP Ad Serving experience (or equivelent) HTML 5 skills Video Advertising Google analytics knnowledge Excel skills and the ability to analyse data effectively Desirable Sitefinity Experience Personal Attributes Great interpersonal and communication skills Dedicated, hardworking and organised Analytical with an eye for detail Strategic and creative in their approach A good multi tasker with the ablity to prioritise workload If you feel you have what it takes and would like to find out more we look forward to hearing from you
