Working 1 weekend in 4 with days back in lieu. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role with a leading name within the Coffee/ Bean to Cup industry, as we are currently seeking a Planner to be based in Loudwater. You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of the Field team - utilising the Service Management System and covering all pre-planned works for FSEs. Salary is c£25,550 up to 10% of salary as an annual bonus benefits, please get in touch for further details. What is the main purpose of the job? Provide a world-class experience to partners and customers and to operational teams Achieve and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) set to maximise the partner and customer experience Deliver exemplary customer service to all partners, customers and operational teams Planning for Brand Standards team, including audits, installation training, post-install visits and brand standards visits Installations booking and liaison with other functions, including sales and operations administration to ensure that all contract agreements, site surveys and checks are in place, prior to arranging installation Areas of responsibility Pro-active field call planning Take accountability for the planning and scheduling of a Field Region in entirety - utilising the current Service Management System and covering all pre-planned works for FSEs Ensure all jobs are planned with geographical efficiency and employ methods of continuous review and improvement in liaison with the relevant STMs Thorough understanding of planning systems Proactively identify, escalate and improve ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency Communication Create and maintain close partnership with the UK Operations Team and Ops Administration team for installations Support and collaborate within project work streams where appropriate, representing the planning function Drive a 'One Team’ culture through role modelling and actively seeking partnerships between field-based and support centre colleagues Drive and deliver UK operations initiatives and projects, ensuring these are cascaded and/or trained on a timely basis Efficiencies Ensure that the field team’s working days are optimised and efficiencies achieved to SLAs Work in close conjunction with the STMs and BSTLs to review and plan all live work as appropriate, to maximise efficiencies and ensure field staff are fully maximised on a daily basis Vehicle tracking tool admin Take ownership for the regional administration of the chosen vehicle tracking tool, ensuring all vehicle administration details are current and compliance is maintained Engagement Support all field teams with attendance at all off-site regional meetings Collate all feedback and opportunities for improvement in service levels offered and implement Accurately produce all daily/weekly/ monthly reporting as required by the business Personal development With support from line manager, drive your own development to strive to excel further Identify and communicate any relevant skills gaps to your line manager What KPIs will be measured to evaluate success?
