Overview
Following a restructure, this property specialist is seeking a PR Manager to join their small, close-knit team. The role As PR Manager, you will be responsible for providing PR and content direction to the company , assisting in the creation of the marketing plan by developing PR plans to strengthen the reputation of the brand and engage both internal and external audiences. You'll implement a PR and social media plan for key audiences which encompass thought leadership, corporate news and insights as well as writing press releases, media packs, and social media posts. You'll proof-read and check posts, scheduling/uploading social media posts, as well as selling in to press and media. Additionally, you'll be able to identify case study opportunities, working with a team to identify optimum formats, whether that be print, digital, video or podcast as well as organising events and event collateral. You'll be reporting into a Senior Marketing and Communication Manager and working closely with a Marketing Executive and you'll sometimes be asked to get involved with marketing projects, such as collateral production for events as well as other ad hoc project work. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with a strong background in b2b PR and communications, educated to degree level or similar, with experience of delivering multiple and complex projects or campaigns on budget and to timescale. Additionally you'll have managed suppliers including external agencies. Experience within property, construction, estates or healthcare would be hugely beneficial, though not essential.
