Marketing Manager - Coincover Cardiff £30,000 (negotiable) The Opportunity Yolk recruitment are currently working in partnership with Coincover to source an innovative Marketing Manager. This rare opportunity to help shape the organisations marketing function. If you are a motivated self-starter looking to have a big impact in a company that has already has successful VC then please get in touch. Responsibilities Responsible for the optimisation and growth of all major marketing channels You’ll research and explore new channels and create and launch different campaigns and initiatives from scratch Set, manage and execute SEO, PPC and Paid Social strategy, planning, tracking, optimisation and reporting, analysis and optimisation on various self-serve platforms Analyse campaign performance to identify both incremental and step changes in performance and ROI as well as driving new areas of growth Requirements 3 years marketing experience including PPC campaign management, SEO, email and social Passionate about digital marketing and about making a real contribution to a growing business Obsessed with metrics, you monitor and measure performance closely, and optimise each initiative as necessary You understand how consumer facing products are built and are comfortable working with a technical team Self-starter, target driven and excited by achieving goals You’re flexible; Coincover are a start-up so things will change quickly and you’ll be designing lots of different things You don’t need to be a cryptocurrency geek but Coincover are seeking someone willing to immerse themselves in this young, exciting and fast-growing sector Benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme Share options available Pension Flexible and remote working available Central office in Cardiff Bay area How to Apply If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the role - then please get in touch.
