A leading Digital Marketing technology company based in Shoreditch is looking for people to join their highly talented team. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our Marketing and Operations team based in our London office. Our team are our centralambassadors responsible for delivering exciting and engaging end to end marketing experiences to consumers visiting our website. As a CRM Executive your days will be varied, and your responsibilities will include: Planning, creating and executing our BAU weekly and monthly CRM campaigns from in-life to retention across multiple products Having a strong focus on B2B marketing Supporting our marketable database growth Working with data and supporting data-driven campaigns Helping to evolve our CRM strategy, data, tools and operations to support this Working collaboratively and building relationships with other members of the team and senior stakeholders in the business to drive CRM awareness To be considered for this role it is essential that you have: Experience in email marketing and CRM (agency or brand-side) Experience in working with both trigger emails and campaigns Strong QA skills with an eye for detail Analytical skills, and can review campaign data and identify what aspects have been successful Excellent presentation skills Knowledge or awareness of segmentation and targeting Planning and project management skills Stakeholder management and negotiation skills Strong and clear communication skills It would also be nice if you had: Experience working with or for a large, well-known brand Experience of working with an email platform and knowledge of HTML, dynamic email design and testing would be advantageous Knowledge of web analytics We offer a salary of £22,000 - £27,000 plus bonuses
