They aim to connect high profile delegates with the highest profile speakers and allow them the opportunity to exchange ideas, develop new contacts and participate in leading, engaging discussions. As Conference Producer you will be responsible for creating compelling content for these different events and acquiring leading experts as speakers, whilst undertaking in depth industry research using various methods. This is the perfect opportunity for those who have had exposure to producing B2B events. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the business, with plans for international growth, and fantastic opportunities for progression, it's an opportunity not to be missed The Role You will produce and develop market leading conferences by conducting thorough research via telephone and in person Liaising with industry specialists and acquiring key speakers for the events Identifying and researching key topics, developing commercial conference programmes Developing and managing key client relationships, as well as liaising with departments internally The Candidate Proven experience in conference production will ensure you can deliver engaging, commercially viable projects, exposure to client led events will be an advantage Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously and deliver projects to deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage and build key client relationships as well as leading the team Exceptional written communication will enable you to create content-rich agendas and compelling programmes If this opportunity in a fast-paced environment, working on exciting, unique industry leading events sounds like the right role for you, apply today Tanika Facey Consultant
