PAID SEARCH LEAD £45,000 - £55,000 BENEFITS CENTRAL LONDON Are you a highly analytical paid search expert who enjoys testing new ideas? Want to work for a rapidly growing start up in which you can generate high impact and help to shape the future of the company? This exciting start up are looking for a data-driven Paid Search Manager to join their team in central London. THE COMPANY: As an umbrella company for multiple rapidly growing brands, this company has witnessed a huge amount of success over recent years. With offices internationally, this role will sit at the heart of the marketing team in central London and play a pivotal role in driving performance across all brands. THE ROLE: As Paid Search Manager, you will be entirely responsible for the end-to-end paid search activity across all brands, including devising and implementing a paid media strategy and working closely with data to ensure the best possible ROI. In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following: Liaising directly with the CEO to understand business goals and devising a strategy accordingly Setting up and activating paid search campaigns in Google and Bing Working closely with data from Google Analytics to monitor paid search performance Using insights to test and develop new ways of working in order to maximise ROI Reporting back on campaign performance through Google Sheets YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: An undergraduate degree in a STEM subject Hands on commercial experience setting up and activating campaigns in Google and Bing Highly analytical with demonstrable experience deriving insights through Google Analytics Commercial experience optimising campaigns in line with insights Demonstrable experience reporting on campaign performance THE BENEFITS: Base salary of up to £55,000 benefits Highly autonomous role with the chance to shape the future of a company Flexible working hours A highly social working culture Food and drink perks HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending your CV to Beth Williams via the Apply link on this page.
