A MARKET LEADING Telecommunications client based in London require a Demand and Planning Executive to join them for an exciting and challenging engagement. For this opportunity you will be an Ajilon employee working on site with the client while being rewarded with a strong salary, holidays, pension, certification opportunities and more Job Title: Demand and Planning Executive Duration: Ajilon Consultant (See below) Location: London Start: ASAP Salary: £Strong PAYE salary plus extensive benefits (as below) Responsibilities: Responsible for the on-going tracking and maintenance of the Decisioning roadmap. Support the Decisioning Demand Managers with quarterly roadmap planning meetings to gain an understanding of high-level requirements and ensure these are correctly processed through to delivery. Providing Personal, Simple and Brilliant communication & strong engagement across several business areas Support the weekly demand forums for all new inbound demand coming into the team. Managing demand from multiple stakeholders Responsible for collating and monitoring Decisioning capacity and delivery, flagging issues where activity cannot be supported. Requirements: Making the difficult, simple to interpret business needs and provide clear recommendations and opportunities to leverage decisioning Track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams Understanding of decisioning technologies and ways of working Good communication skills Understanding of channel marketing, i.e. Campaigns, Contact Centres, Retail and Digital. Good stakeholder engagement skills Organisation skills Proven delivery plan management and co-ordination Confident with both Excel and PowerPoint Ajilon Consultant You will be an integral part of Ajilon (Adecco), a FTSE500 Global organisation with over 52 clients and sole supplier to the biggest organisations in the country and the world.
