Overview
I am currently recruiting for a 3 months Fixed term contract with the chance to move to a permanent role Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven retail manager to join a great ladies boutique. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, drive the store performance and manage staff effectively. Candidates must have previous management experience at ASM level. Key Responsibilities: Develop business strategies to drive store traffic and optimise profitability Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Propose innovative ideas / events / be involved in marketing and social networks if needed Able to deal and resolve any issues that could arise from staff or customers Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance Additional store manager duties as needed Requirements Immediately available or on a short notice Proven successful experience in previous role Great people management skills Customer oriented Strong attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills If you wish to know more please reach out the role will be filled soon
