You will be working from our busy Chelmsford City Centre office, which is renowned for working with some fantastic clients and providing a great team atmosphere. You will be responsible for building relationships with both new client and candidates, to build your network to ensure your desk runs smoothly and effectively. In addition to this you will be responsible for all administrative duties which run alongside recruitment, such as advert writing and CV screening. This is a target driven role, so you will have regular meetings with your manager who will set you both KPIs and fee targets.
