Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report directly into the School Head of Finance to provide accurate and timely reports. The successful place holder will work as part of the finance department to analyse performance to spot errors and suggest viable solutions. Client Details This internationally renowned university based in central London is looking for a newly qualified management accountant to join their finance team. Having seen continued growth and improvement, both in terms of revenue and infrastructure, this totally unique organisation is now looking to bring a highly analytical finance person into the team. Description Key responsibilities will include: Helping create and produce financial and non-financial reporting Analysing performance (both financial and operational) to spot opportunities and issues Responding to ad hoc information requests from stakeholders Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle Set up & automate reporting using BI tools Delivery of accurate and insightful analysis of the business Profile You will be a CCAB qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) and have a strong understanding of financial planning, management reporting and analysis. You will have experience of working with non-finance on a regular basis at all levels. A strong understanding of excel and business information tools would be highly beneficial, as would an understanding of SQL.
