Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. You will build and develop a portfolio of clients, providing them with a first-class reward service focussing on executive compensation. Areas you will cover include designing annual, equity, stock and short and long-term incentive plans. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and of a high standard. You will have extensive experience of all areas of executive compensation, ideally from consulting as well as in house. You will be able to demonstrate design of long and short-term incentive programmes.
