Overview

ASQ-TECH currently have a fantastic new opportunity working with our client, one of the UK’s largest Technology and Supplies/IT Resellers, who seek proactive and experienced Account Managers to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The role involves carrying out direct marketing and sales activities over the telephone, maintaining/developing the company’s sales and building profitable long term customer relationships. Duties: ·Increase spend from new customers, using agreed strategies with line managers Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects ·Maintain and develop the computerised database, keeping accurate records of requirements, usage, contacts, quotations and orders ·Assist the customer in understanding the products and services that our Client provides ·Optimise selling time on the phone ·Liaise and co-operate with all departments within the organisation following set procedures & conventions Who We're Looking For: ·12 months experience selling IT Hardware, IT Infrastructure, IT Managed Services to end user Clients ·Must be methodical and show an organised approach to all duties ·Portraying a positive image of both the company and the job ·Undertake any reasonable requests given by the management of the company ·Maintain a polite and courteous manner when dealing with internal and external customers What Do We Offer: ·£20K-£40K basic (DOE) ·Uncapped OTE ·UK Wide Opportunities ·Excellent training opportunities
