Your customers will be high earning and affluent people who will benefit from specific products such as savings accounts. About you: With outstanding communication skills and a real passion for offering great customer service and you will have experience of working towards sales targets. You will have experience of either business-to-business sales or managing a portfolio of customers. You will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and have a friendly and professional outlook. You will be computer literate and able to work flexible shifts The Shifts: You will work 35 hours within the week, between 7am and 11pm Monday - Sunday on a rotational basis.
