Overview
Architectural Technologist / Building Surveyor position available in Exeter working with historic buildings Your new company You will join a public sector organisation based in Exeter as part of a corporate property and assets team who are responsible for the maintenance and management of a wide range of varied property, including historic and listed buildings. Your new role This position is an excellent opportunity to join a team working on public buildings across the wider Exeter region. You will be involved in the specification, scheduling and drawings as well as contract administration of the works. You will carry out alterations to mitigate fire risk assessment actions across a number of sites. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position you will need design and drawing experience using AutoCAD, with prior experience in progressing through specifications and providing contract administration expertise. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a contract with initial duration of three months which is likely to extend further to six or longer. You'll also receive a healthy hourly rate of a flexible amount dependent on level of skills and experience.
