I am proudly partnering with a Medium Sized Consultancy who have an international presence, seeking a Surveyor with Management and Professional Services experience to join their successful Corporate Management team on a nationwide portfolio, predominately servicing one of their longest standing corporate clients. Together, we are seeking either a recently qualified or Senior Surveyor to provide strategics, value adding consultancy work across a national property portfolio. You will be responsible for management of rent reviews, lease renewals, break options re-gears and more, in addition to portfolio management, tenant management, disposals and acquisitions, not to mention service charge and budget management.
